How do I upgrade a service?

Problem:

How do I upgrade my outMail service?
How do I upgrade a prolateral service?

Solution:

This article explains how to upgrade a specific service with Prolateral. If you are a channel partner or reseller then this article is not for you.

  1. Login to the secure clients area at https://clients.prolateral.com
  2. Select the "My Products & Services" menu option
  3. From the list of services click on the "View Details" button of the service you wish to cancel.
  4. This will take you to a details page where you can click on the tab labelled "Management Actions".
  5. Then click on the option "Upgrade/Downgrade"
  6. Select the service you wish to upgrade to and then follow the cart process.
